Dumaguete Series | Saba Banana, The All-around Foodstuff
These saba bananas greeted us back at my grandma’s home – from the shore, from the waterfalls trip, from the church, from visiting Siliman. This also serves as an appetizer and an interest for passtime.
It’s understandable, bananas surrounded the house and you’ll just have to boil it. And it’s sweet too.
I wonder if consptipation is ever an issue…
