We Filipinos are have that as our mantra don’t we? Diskarte lang yan. But why must we rely on trying to move through the system, always trying to get away with the set rules and due process. Then when our street smarts strike us we demand of the process and standards we decidedly shoved aside. We don’t have to rely on our street smarts because we are actually intelligent and talented. Word.
